We do our very best to describe all items as accurately as possible but we are not doll collectors, experts or perfect! We take lots of pictures to make up for lack of knowledge, so PLEASE look closely before you buy!! Mistakes do happen and for that reason we have our refund policy:
If we send you the wrong item we will happily pay your return shipping (you must contact us for an RMN and shipping label prior to returning the item at firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we have received the item we will either ship out the correct item or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If we failed to accurately describe a doll or action figure or the pictures missed a flaw then we will gladly pay your return shipping (you must contact us for an RMN and shipping label prior to returning the item at email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the item and have determined that we indeed made a mistake then we will issue you a full refund. If, however, we determine that the item was as described then we will issue you a refund minus our return shipping cost and minus a 25% restocking fee (or $10 whichever is less)
If your item was damaged in transit you MUST keep all packaging material and notify us within 48 hours (preferable as soon as you find the damage) via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you change your mind within 7 days and decide you don’t want the doll that you ordered (and that we took the time to pack and ship to you) then you will get to pay the return shipping cost in addition to a 25% restocking fee (or $10.00 whichever is less) we will grudgingly refund the rest of your money once we have received the item and have determined that it is in the exact same condition that it was when it left our warehouse.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued for any item that is not reported to us within 7 days. No exceptions.
